Photography and Design
Photography has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember; there's even a photo of me with twin lens reflex camera in hand which was taken just after I learned to walk (maybe the same day). After returning to education as a mature student I graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography. I am an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society after gaining my distinction in 2012.Assignments to date have included a wide variety of clients and organisations including Bletchley Park, England Rugby World Cup Winner Phil Vickery, The Donkey Sanctuary, The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) Hereford, The Wales Millennium Centre, Westons Cider, Val Yost (for Calligraphy magazine) and Hereford International Summer School. A uni assignment at Café Sez, Ledbury resulted in the production of a book which can be found by clicking books above. The café, although still in Ledbury, has recently moved and expanded; we are currently planning an updated book with additional images, articles, etc. More info as soon as we have it!Events I have photographed include motor sports such as Donington Park and Shelsley Walsh, music festivals such as the Big Chill and Breakin the Bay, Gymnastics, Re-enactment's, Rallies and Charity events.
Some of my latest projects have revolved around Bletchley Park and the people who helped shape and win World War II. I've also been working with The Donkey Sanctuary both in Sidmouth and other locations throughout the UK.A new version of this site is currently being built. It will include news of new and on-going projects such as 'We also served'.
Thanks for visiting.
